The displacer is cylindrical in shape and must be heavier than the liquid.
The Bouyancy Force (FA) of the displacer is transferred via transmission lever and torque tube to operating rod of the sensor where it's acts on free of the sensor element.
Based on Archimedes’ Bouyancy principle, the weight which appear to be lost by the displacer corresponds to that of the liquid it displaces.
